Skylands - A Disconnected World

This was my first attempt at an entry to the "Ludum Dare" 48 hour solo game jam, with a theme of "Connected Worlds". All of the code and art was done by me in the space of 48 hours.

The game is set in the world of "Skylands", a floating island world which has been split apart by an evil force, seperating its inhabitants. The goal of the game is to protect your people from the evil forces as they build bridges between the disconnected islands, reunite their people and save your world.

The game was built in Unity with C# and was my first attempt at using the new Unity UI system which had just been released at the time.
